Use the CM apps from Claude
Add one connector, sign in with your Critical Manufacturing account, and ask Claude about the apps. Claude acts as you: it sees and changes only what your account can see and change in each app.
Add the connector
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector. On a Team or Enterprise plan an organization owner adds it once for everyone, under Organization settings → Connectors.
- Name it CM Apps and paste the connector URL:
https://mcp.criticalmanufacturing.app/mcp - Under Advanced settings, enter the OAuth client ID, and the client secret the platform team gives the organization owner:
de02d9cb-a5d8-438b-b53e-b560a2ba19a8 - Select Connect and sign in with your Microsoft account, as you do for the apps.
What Claude can do
The tools come from the apps you can open, so the list grows as apps add tools. Claude asks you before it uses a tool that changes data. Every call is logged with your name, the tool and the result (never the data itself) and kept for 30 days.
- Everyone: see which apps you can open and what you can do in each, and request a new app.
- App administrators: manage the readers and writers of your apps, open or restrict them, and switch them off and on.
- Global administrators: also manage each app's administrators and decide app requests.
